Verification process begins automatically when your account hits 200k followers, and verification is automatic. If you qualify, you will receive the verification badge But if you don't qualify, for automatic verification, you can apply for the verification badge, by navigating to settings, clicking verification and submitting the required documents. Validation and review takes 30 days.

You can earn anywhere from 0.01 cents to 1000 dollars daily, based on your post traffic.
